Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) is a complication of immunosuppressive therapy for transplant recipients. Unlike adult recipients, KS in pediatric organ transplantation is quite rare. Treatment is usually withdrawal of immunosuppression; non-responders often receive chemotherapy.
