ABS TRACT Axillary web syndrome (AWS) is characterized by a web of fibrotic vein and lymphatic tissue cords in the axillar, shoulder pain and reduced range of motion (ROM). Cases of idiopathic AWS have rarely been reported in the literature; to the best of our knowledge, the case described here is the third.
