Cloud broker concept is considered as one of solutions for federating distributed multi-Cloud. In order to design and realize a Cloud brokerage system, we need to devise establishment and management of SLA (Service Level Agreement). Whereas a SLA negotiation in a Cloud is assumed to be a basic functionality to establish a SLA, there has been some lack of efforts to apply, configure, and design SLA negotiation mechanism for a Cloud broker, which arbitrates multiple Cloud providers.
