Through Legal Translation, as a professional practice of certified translators as well as experienced freelancers, the translators have to deal not only the common problems of the practice but, those who, due the difficulty of legal language, needing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the field. The present paper elaborates on the concepts and principles of legal translation in relation to the potential barrier it might impose on the process of communication in the offices affiliated to the judiciary systems.
