Educators and teachers should meet parents of foreign origin right from the initial stages in order to create positive relations, reciprocal trust and the premises for sharing the responsibilities of the children's education, between people from different backgrounds who have divergent cultural references, speak different languages, and have different ways of regarding themselves and understanding one another.
