This study aims to examine effects of support measures for reconstruction of condominiums damaged by the 921 Chi-Chi Earthquake of 1999 in Taiwan. To clarify influences on reconstruction projects caused by each support measure, eleven reconstruction cases were investigated by hearing surveys for readers of unit owners' organization, and relations between activities on the reconstruction process and support measures were analyzed.
