ESSAM: AN ASSESSMENT MODEL FOR EVALUATING STUDENTS SATISFACTION IN E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS

This paper presents an assessment model for evaluating students' satisfaction in e-learning environments (ESSAM), developed for higher education universities. The model is sufficiently constructed of three hierarchy levels with seven main objectives and 30 sub-criteria. The fuzzy analytical hierarchy process FAHP is used to identify the priority and weights of the model criteria and their sub-criteria.
