This article is about the study of Perception of Customer Satisfaction. This perception influences the loyalty behavior of this clientele. The particularity of this work is that it was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire and survey in the Senegalese context which is characterized by a low level of economic development against a background of cultural fatalism.
