Uterine cervical cancer is the 5 th most common malignancy in Korean women. With the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, earlier stage cancers are being diagnosed with longer survival rates being anticipated. Accordingly, recurrent cancers are being encountered more often in clinical practice.
