Aims Whether skeletal myoblast (SM) implants are proarrhythmic is still controversial due to conflicting pre-clinical and clinical data. We hypothesized that if SM implants are arrhythmogenic, they will facilitate the induction of ventricular tachyarrhythmias by promoting heterogeneous propagation of activation wavefronts.
