It is determined that the moral precepts of the children in preschool years are the foundation for the moral development of the next stages of education and upbringing. Based on summarizing and analyzing the ideas of researchers, it was determined that the formation of moral principles specifically was made in preschool education. Therefore, effectively organized educational processes in preschool education on the formation of moral attitudes in preschool children are means of preventing deviations in their behavior. It includes elements of prevention that are a prerequisite for the implementation of preventive pedagogical activities, provides the formation of moral attitudes, and, in general, the formation of the moral personality of a preschooler. It means that preventive educational activities are aimed at preventing deviations in the moral formation of the person.Therefore, the expediency of carrying out preventive pedagogical work, which is complicated at each subsequent age period of the child's development, will not lose the possibility of preventive action on the previous one. It is proved that the formation of preschool age children's moral attitudes is influenced by a number of factors:  assimilation of social norms by the children through the system of certain permits and prohibitions, moral evaluations reflected in the norms of morality;  development of self-awareness, assimilation of various social roles in the game, real relationships and moral experiences related to them in the nature of preventive pedagogical activity of the tutor;  creating a preventative educational environment in the institutions of pre-school education;  relationships with a close adult, knowledge, self-esteem, choice of behaviors;  humanization of relationships in a children's collective;  degree of mastering practical skills and skills that express a moral personality culture.
