Growth performance of bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis) in monoculture system with and withoutsupplementary feeding indicated that supplementary feeding played an important role in better growth ofbighead carp. The average initial weight of bighead carp at the time of stocking was 11.40 ± 3.25g and finalweight of 902.00 ± 4.63g was recorded after 12 months of experiment using organic (cow dung) andinorganic (urea and single super phosphate) fertilizers.
