The connection between the protection of competition and the protection of consumers

The article reflects the gaps between competition protection and consumer protection. Both, operating with distinct instruments, have a common goal - to promote the legitimate interests of consumers. At the same time, there is exposed the interdependence between companies and consumers, each influencing the behavior of the other.
