The purpose of this study is to make a comprehensive study of the use of Reference Management Software among the science research scholars of University of Kerala. Main objective of the study was to identify the use of different types of Reference Management Software used by research scholars. Study also aims to find out the features preferred by science researchers from different Reference Management Software.
