Tourism and Local Community Development in Siem Reap
The tourism industry in Cambodia has grown rapidly since the early 1990s and become a major contributor to domestic economic growth. At the national level, tourism provides jobs and incomes for Cambodians. However, at the local level, people have mixed views regarding the benefi ts of the tourism industry.
