The use of IT technologies in the implementation of the "economic cross" methodology in the "Breakthrough" project of Rosatom

The article analyzes the economic barriers that slow down the development of the Rosatom "Breakthrough" project and reduce its economic efficiency. The foreign experience of implementing projects of similar scale and significance is considered, the reserves for adapting foreign experience with respect to solving specific economic problems of the development of the Breakthrough project are identified.
