On behalf of the Programme Committee, we would like to welcome you to the 22nd Euromicro Conference on Digital Systems Design (DSD 2019). This year the DSD conference is held in Kallithea, Chalkidiki in Greece, a well established tourist resort, famous for astonishing beaches, natural beauty and good food. We are pleased to announce that in this Euromicro Conference on Digital Systems Design (DSD 2019) 139 papers were submitted from 40 countries. As a result, an attractive technical program has
more » ... been formed, consisting of both regular and special session papers. Each paper was evaluated by at least three reviewers. Based on these reviews, 80 papers were accepted for long oral presentation, and 21 papers as a poster for interactive presentation. These papers were arranged in 23 oral sessions and two poster sessions. The number of special sessions organized by people working on specific areas was 10, covering all modern aspects of Digital Systems research.
