Left Pulmonary Agenesis: Report of a Case

Pulmonary agenesis is a very rare condition with poor prognosis. Although the condition is a congenital malformations, delayed presentation is also seen. A female neonate with left pulmonary agenesis presented to us with severe respiratory distress. She was initially misdiagnosed as a case diaphragmatic hernia at another hospital and referred to us for further management.
