OBJECTIVE: To compare the influence of laryngeal mask airway (LMA) insertion anesthesia and endotracheal intubation on cognitive function during anesthesia for neurosurgery microscopy. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A total of 76 pediatric patients who underwent neurosurgery microscopy were selected.
