Morphogenesis and structure of vegetative and generative organs of 15 species of halophytes from Chenopodiaceae Vent. and Fabaceae Lindl. grown under natural desert habitats (Kyzylkum and Mirzachul) and cultivated on non-saline (Botanical Garden, Tashkent) soils were investigated. Influences of salts of different concentration and chemical composition on seed germination of 3 species of halophytes were determined. Mineral ions content in aboveground biomass (leaf, stem and root) of Suaeda
