Context: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affects 6%-21% of women. PCOS has been associated with an increased risk of dysglycemia including gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Objective: The objective of the study was to assess the prevalence of dysglycemia and the impact of obesity in young reproductive-aged women with and without PCOS in a community-based cohort.
