A fire scenario is a peculiar and challenging environment for the expert in the search of elucidation of the motives of his event. It was concluded that the possible tests to be executed with the multimeter can be a strong ally of the expert in the provision of the service of fire and explosion expertise, thus increasing its capacity of cognition and quality in the preparation of the expert's report.
