Penelitian ini ber-tujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kebijakan operasional Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja di Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah Kabid Trantib, anggota Satpol PP, pedagang dan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi yang. Hasil penel-itian menunjukkan, bahwa pelaksanaan operasional polisi pamong praja dalam penertiban peda-gang kaki lima di Kota Pekanbaru masihbelum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari efektifitas yang dicapai, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, kecukupan terhadap solusi masalah yang diberikan kepada pedagang dan masalah resposivitas petugas lapangan serta ketepatan terhadap manfaat yang diperoleh. Faktor yang menjadi kendala pelaksanaan kebijakan operasional satuan polisi pamong praja di Kota Pekanbaru adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat akan aturan yang berlaku, ketersediaan sumberdaya, sikap petugas pelaksana di lapangan dan dukungan dari masyarakat.
