Study on current injection properties of flexible transparent organic light emitting devices. We demonstrate comparative characteristic of flexible transparent organic light emitting devices(FTOLEDs) by using two kinds of a typical hole injection layers V,Os. PEDOT-PSS. The FTOLEDs were grown on a ITO-coated plastic substrate with a transparent top electrode composed of IZO film. Hole injection characteristics of FTOLEDs improved by insertion of hole injection layer.
