In the present paper electrochemical leaching has been applied to recover gold from the gold concentrate (Vasilkovskoe deposit, Kazakhstan) into water solution. The specially prepared sulfur-graphite electrode (SGE) was used as a source of sulfur-containing anions, acting as leaching agents.
