the article analyzes the issues of subordination and jurisdiction of insolvency cases. The Institute of subordination and jurisdiction is one of the main institutions of civil and economic procedural law. Proper understanding and use of these procedural institutions makes it possible to determine which court is the competent court for the consideration and resolution of insolvency cases.
