Effective tutoring technologies are substantiated and coaching techniques that are adapted in the field of education are analyzed. The results of diagnosing the readiness of students of II-III courses of educational-professional degree «professional junior bachelor» of specialty 012 «Preschool education» for professional activity are presented.
