A B S T R A C T This study's purpose is to investigate the effect of perceived organizational democracy of bank employees on work-related life quality. The sample consisted of 397 banking employees. The data were collected by the Organizational Democracy Scale (ODS), and Work-Related Quality of Life Scale (WRQoL). It found that the WRQoL (mean: 3.33 ± .79) and ODS scores (mean: 3.24 ± .74) of the participants were slightly above the middle level. Regression analysis shows that the subscales of
