Lorentz p-Brane, Superalgebra and Conformal Invariance

The effective action of the fluctuation around a classical solution of the Lorentz p-brane is calculated. For specific values of p the fluctuation is shown to be described by a conformally invariant action. The extension to the supersymmetric version is' briefly discussed.
