Sclerosing stromal tumour (SST) is an extremely rare benign ovarian neoplasm, usually seen in young females. We report a case of a 55-year-old female who presented with pelvic pain and irregular bleeding. On imaging, she was suspected of have a borderline malignant tumour of the left ovary and benign teratoma of the right ovary.
