We reported a case of complex odontoma in a 3-year-old 1-month female infant. She was consulted with a complaint of an unerupted mandibular left first deciduous molar. Based on X-ray examination, we found that the tooth was impacted, and a calcificated mass was observed surrounding the tooth . We enucleated the mass with the tooth surgically. Histopathologically, it was diagnosed as complex odontoma .
