The study examined an ideal gender equality promotion program for children by conducting a workshop for third graders in an elementary school as requested by A city. The author organized a class based on a concept that, in order to facilitate the understanding of gender equality in childhood, the first thing children need to do is understanding and respecting human rights and having an experience of mutual cooperation.
