日本の地方自治体における再生可能エネルギーに対する取り組みの現状と課題

Community powers are the main actors for locally initiated energy transition. In Japan, there are not enough preconditions for establishing community powers. Municipalities are to have the role of preparing the conditions for community powers. This study reveals the characteristics of those municipalities which endorse community powers through the analysis of the questionnaire survey.
