The purpose of the study was to study and compare the importance of 70 degree endoscopy, direct laryngoscopy and CT scan in showing the extent of laryngeal tumours which would then decide the course of treatment for the patient. A total of 25 patients were included in the study and all patients underwent 70 degree endoscopy, direct laryngoscopy and CT scan examination.
