ÖZET Amaç: Günümüz restoratif dişhekimliğinin temel amaçlardan biri, kaybedilen doğal diş estetiğinin en iyi yeniden kazandırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla; piyasaya yeni sürülen "Vitapan 3D-Master" ticari marka fabrikasyon renk anahtarlarının, aynı firmanın konvansiyonel "Vitapan Classical" renk anahtarına göre renk eşlemede üstünlü olup olmadığı ve bu renk anahtarları kullanılarak renk seçimi yapılmış kronların, doğal dişe göre renk uyumları araştırılmıştır. Yapılmış kronların, fabrikasyon renk anahtarları ile renk parametreleri belirlenmesinde ve bunların birbirleriy karşılaştırılmasında bir spektrofotometre kullanılmı sonra bu veriler, gözlem grubunun tek kronlar için yaptı uyum değerlendirme sonuçları ile karşılaştırılmı Bulgular: Đki farklı fabrikasyon renk anahtarından hangisinin renk eşlemede üstün olduğunu belirlemek amacıyla hem gözlem grubu değerlendirmeleri hem de spektrofotometreden elde edilen ∆Ε bulguları dikkate alındığında farklılık anlamlı bulunmamıştır (P > 0,05). For this purpose, the superiority of "Vitapan 3Dshade guide which is new on "Vitapan Classical" shade guide and the shade match of the crowns of which shade selection were made with these guides compared to the natural teeth were investigated. Materials and Methods: After shade selection with "Vitap Classical" and "Vitapan 3D guides, single unit porcelain fused applied to the patients. In the assessment and comparison of the shade parameters of the crowns applied to the patients with the prefabricated shade guides a spectrophotometer was utilized. Then, this data was compared with the shade match evaluation results of the observation group for the single crowns. Results: Considering the spectrophotometric and observation group ∆Ε data to in order to shade guides in colour match, the difference between groups were statistically insignificant (P > 0,05).
