The global education is inevitable situation that must be confronted by worldwide higher education. The high standards and the ability to demonstrate the online-learning approach is measured in this research. The behavioral theory named Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) was used as the measured instrument. Four hypotheses were performed on each of respondent types.
