Complete labial fusion or adhesion is a rare benign clinical condition seldom seen in adults. When the labia are especially completely fused, usually result in urinary problems like voiding difficulty, urinary retention, and urinary infection. Labial adhesions are generally caused by a combination of local inflammation, chronic infection and estrogen deficiency.
