This article summarizes the changes in Polish urban transport in 2009-2015 in the sphere of products and impact. It was a period of intensive replacement and development investments, many of which were significantly supported by European Union funds. ... e transport offer, have made it possible to stop the decline or slightly increase the transport in urban transport in the largest cities. In other centers, however, a downward trend in transport is noticeable, resulting both from investment negligence and the lack of unambiguous and comprehensive policies aimed at the effective implementation of sustainable urban transport.
