The results showed that the cognitive ability of the elderly was positively related with gender, education years, smoking, drinking and level of mental health for the length of two weeks during the study. Negative correlations were found between the cognitive ability and factors including: age, exercise frequency, and high heart rate variability. Certain improvement over the efficacy of the interventive treatment was found among elderly people with mild cognitive impairment.
