HYBRID LEARNING AS A WAY TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION

In the modern education system, especially higher professional education, there are a large number of models of mixed learning: simple, complex, more or less popular, etc. There are various models of combined (hybrid) learning that are disruptive to the traditional classroom. These models do not include traditional learning in its full form, but offer new advantages and more reliable forms of learning in the face of modern challenges. The peculiarity of the modern educational process in difficult sanitary and epidemiological conditions is the destruction of the established traditional approaches to vocational education. Taking up the challenge of the time, hybrid learning cannot appear on its own, and additional efforts are required on the part of both teachers and students. The purpose of the study is to study the features of the introduction of hybrid learning. On the example of the elective discipline "Integrative mechanisms of regulation of physiological functions" at the Department of Normal Physiology, the problem of introducing mixed learning into the educational process is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of this type of training are analyzed.
