Impact of Water Deficit on Nutritional Quality of Tomatoes

The answer of promising tomato genotypes to the water stress on some basic chemical compounds related to the biological value and sensory quality of the fruits was evaluated. Ten Bulgarian tomato genotypes were on the focus. They had been determined as tolerant to drought in a large Bulgarian collection after two-year experiment.
