Fast image decoding for block compressed sensing based encoding by using a modified smooth l0-norm

This paper proposes a fast decoding algorithm for block-based compressed sensing images that combines a modified smooth l Q -norm with the BCS-SPL algorithm. Experimental results have proven a significant reduction in execution time, while providing the same image quality.
