This research aims to measure the impact of using new varieties to increase yield per feddan of wheat and the economic effect of variety change of movement of supply function of wheat crop as well as to determine the amount of increase in the production through replacing high productivity varieties with low productivity. The results of the classification of wheat verities according to productivity merit at the level of the count of as an average for period (2014)(2015)(2016)(2017)(2018)(2019)

The research also showed replacing the variety Masr2 instead of Sakha 94, Gamiza 9 verities increase the total production by 40.78 thousand ardabs, 48.73 thousand ardabs for the period (2014)(2015)(2016)(2017)(2018)(2019), also it could replace the variety Gamiza11 instead of Giza168, Sakha 94, Gamiza 9 verities increase the total production by 453.05 thousand ardabs, 57.42 thousand ardabs, 60.7 thousand ardabs for the same period. This research aims to raise the level of technical and economic performance, this research depended on survey application designed on survey application designed especially to estimate the lost volume of wheat crop. The research also showed the average of loses from the agriculture process 81.8 kg/feddan but quantity of loses by using several the modern technologies 22 kg/feddan, where the loses by using several the modern technologies represent 27.12%, where using several the modern technologies reducing loses of wheat by 59.1 kg/feddan.
