The TD-20/20 Luminometer detects down to 0.1 fg of luciferase and has a dynamic range of 107 or better using a range-extending filter. The TD-20/20 calculates sample average and variance for up to 20 replicate samples. ASCII data output is transmitted through an RS-232 serial port to a printer or computer.
