AbstractInterventional MRI in closed bore high-field systems is a challenge due to limited space and the need of dedicated MRI compatible equipment and tools. A possible solution could be to perform an ultrasound procedure for guidance of the therapy tools outside the bore, but still on the MRI patient bed.
