Psychometric Properties of the Error Management Culture in Social Service Agency

Based on bounded rationality, error management culture may be able to benefit from simultaneously pursuing the organizational effectiveness and innovation in aviation, medical and profit setting. This study aims to investigate the psychometric properties of the error management culture in social service agency. This study has the following results: (1) the result of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis shows that 3 factor structure are the most appropriate; (2) factor structure of error management culture was positively related to organizational effectiveness in social service agencies. This study discusses the theoretical and practical implications of the results.
