Based on the literature, authors defined different factors influencing on the development of logistics centre and conducted groups of factors. Using qualitative analysis, the author developed main factors and elaborated definitions for each factor to provide information about included sub-factors. Service level was indicated as one of the important categories. It shows level of clients' satisfaction with service given by the logistic centres. Finally, all factors were ranged by importance, to show gradation and influence on development.
