Regional Autonomy Implications on Corruption in the Region Indonesia

Regional autonomy as an effort to accelerate the achievement of the welfare of the people has not been able to meet the expectations of the community and is believed to have negative implications on the increased of corruption cases in the regions. The study of norms supported by indept interviews with experts and legal practitioners of corruption acts has revealed and found that regional autonomy or decentralization in Indonesia has not been matched by the development of a strong legal system,
