Short AUTO Tutorial: Using AUTO continuation and bifurcation software for pattern-forming models

In this short tutorial (and accompanying files) I will introduce a few simple ways to use the AUTO software in order to find solutions and build a bifurcation diagram. The main purpose in mind is to analyze pattern-forming PDE models, such that they show steady-states of spatially non-uniform solutions. As an example we will use the Swift-Hohenberg (SH) model to showcase the methodology and main ideas, but applying this to Reaction-Diffusion models is straight forward.
