The aim of this paper is researching decision support systems (DSS) and existing approaches in building them. Limitations and advantages of using each of the methods in all phases of the DSS have been analyzed, as well computational complexity of the tasks. Here is an approach allows simulating, accumulating and logical processing large amounts of data. This will improve intelligence of decision support systems, expand the boundaries of tasks and create a new generation of mivar DSS. Keywords:
